General terms & conditions 

Telephone bookings will be held for 7 days until it is confirmed in writing with a deposit.  Once your deposit is received, we will confirm your booking by e-mail or post.  If you confirm your booking by post and your preferred dates are unavailable at the time of receipt, we will contact you to discuss our availability.  All bookings will be deemed cancelled, if a deposit is not received within 7 days.

Deposits paid are non-refundable.  We regret the weather conditions are beyond our control and we cannot refund any monies if you cancel your booking due to the weather.

Parents are responsible for their children at all times, especially when using the park's facilities and play area.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised outside the park.  Dogs must not be left unattended.

To help ensure a happy holiday for all, noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm.

Cornish Coasts accepts no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused.

Any person in breach of the booking conditions or park rules or who cause  offence to other guests may, at the discretion of management, be asked to leave.  No refund will be given.

Static caravans

All caravans are non smoking.  They are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless by prior arrangement.

Dogs are allowed in some of the caravans  by prior arrangement.  They must be kept off the furniture at all time and not left in the caravans alone.

Tourers and Tents

Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival.  They must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.  A late departure is available by prior arrangement at half the pitch fee.
